Dates for next year's Metzeler Ulster Grand Prix have been released with the main action taking place on Saturday, August 16 and the festival commencing the previous Wednesday.

Practice will begin on August 13 with the Dundrod 150 races the following day. Friday is a rest day (or rain day) with the Ulster Grand Prix starting on the Saturday morning.

There is a revised pricing structure of £25 for a week ticket, £25 for Saturday only and £15 for Wednesday and Thursday. Early bird deals include a week ticket and programme for £20 until February 28.

“We’re pleased to be able to confirm the 2014 dates a little earlier than usual as we’ve been receiving enquiries from fans since the last event finished," said clerk of the course Noel Johnston.

“At this time of year riders are still chopping and changing teams, but rest assured that by the time August comes around we will have a line up of the world’s best road racers competing at Dundrod.”
