Martin, Cummins confirmed for Armoy Road Races

Tyco Suzuki roads pairing Guy Martin and Conor Cummins have both been confirmed as entries in the upcoming Armoy Road Races as the Manxman needs miles under his belt before he tackles the Ulster Grand Prix.

Cummins was still recovering from the injuries suffered in a North West 200 nerfing while Martin had a disappoint week on the Isle of Man and was unable to make amends as the Senior was cancelled due to bad weather.

“We’ve just received entries for both Conor Cummins and Guy Martin for the Armoy Road Races. We are absolutely delighted that they are joining an already great entry. My understanding is that Conor needs more time on the roads before the Ulster Grand Prix, and his management team believe that Armoy would be a good run for him and help him to get some miles under his belt," said Clerk of the Course Bill Kennedy.

“As we all know he had to sit out some of the TT due to a hand injury and he lost a few days’ good road racing. I’m very happy that they are coming along to our great wee national road race, here in Armoy.”
