CIA Honda’s Jules Cluzel is fit to ride at this weekend’s Buriram WorldSBK round after a nerfing from Frederico Caricasulo at Phillip Island saw him taken to hospital for checks as well as scoring no points.
The Frenchman has put the incident behind him but hopes the Yamaha rider has learned from the mistake which saw both riders crash out at MG corner.
“I feel better for sure. I feel I will have no problem to ride the bike so I am not worried about that. I am really excited to be back on the bike because we were really strong in Australia and I think we can continue in this way. It will be important to get big points at this race. The target as always will be to be the fastest I can,” said Cluzel.
“I always love to be in Thailand and I really enjoy riding at this circuit. I always have good memories because I won here last year and I was on my way to win the first year so it is good for me.”
