MCAMS Yamaha MCE British Superbike riders James Ellison and Michael Laverty have spent half an hour at Cartagena running in the 2017 R1s they will campaign in this year’s championship.
The pair put in a handful of laps each at the Spanish but were not able to exceed 10,000rpm.
