Hickman confirms return to BSB and roads for 2015

Peter Hickman will be back in the MCE British Superbike paddock for 2015 and will also undertake a full season on the roads, including the Isle of Man TT, North West 200, Macau and Ulster Grand Prix – he is just not saying for which team…yet.

The rather tall rider was quite coy when speaking to bikesportnews.com this week as to which team he has signed up with for next year, but is confident that racing fans will see him start the season in BSB and also return to the TT, where he was the fastest newcomer in 2014.

“I will be back in BSB and on the roads. I will be doing a full year of BSB and the North West, TT, Ulster and Macau as well. I only managed one day in Macau as we had a problem that caused me to crash but I only ended up having a broken bone in my foot, which was not too bad” said Hickman, speaking to bikesportnews.com.

“It’s all under wraps at the moment with the team but it will all be revealed soon, but I will definitely be back in BSB and on the roads for the whole season in 2015. Last year was so great, even though it didn’t start so well as I didn’t have a ride in BSB but off the back of the TT I was back in BSB and had my debut win in 2014 too. I just love bike racing, and I am looking forward to next year.”
