Mossey confirmed with Quattro Kawasaki for BSB 2016

Quattro Kawasaki have this morning confirmed that 2015 MCE British Superbike Riders’ Cup champion and top rookie Luke Mossey will remain with the team in 2016.

Mossey, who will continue to ride under the Tec-care banner, made a big impact on the series this year and team boss Pete Extance is already making plans for a Showdown spot with the all-new ZX-10R.

“Luke has been a real credit to himself and the team in 2015, and has done a very professional job in his first season on the Superbike with two podiums and winning the Riders’ Cup in a highly competitive class,” said Extance.

“With his first season behind him now we feel Luke can really mix it at the front and hopefully fight for an all-important Showdown spot and hopefully the championship. It’s so important to get the Kawasaki UK/KME support and to have a 2016 model bike so early really gives us a head start for our testing schedule.”

The team will announce its second BSB rider at Motorcycle Live.
