WorldSBK bosses have revealed the provisional entry list for next year’s Supersport championship and there is not a single British or Irish rider on it.
All the grid slots are filled for the coming season save for one space alongside Jules Danilo in the PTR Honda team so for the first time in more than a decade, it will be a Brit-free championship.
Britain's has had three Supersport world champions in the shape of Sam Lowes, Chaz Davies and Cal Crutchlow, and has had a representative present every year since 2005.
The SSP300 field is also without any United Kingdom riders but there are six in the blue riband class.
