Oulton BSB: Booth-Amos extends lead after Motostar win

City Lifting/RS Racing’s Tom Booth-Amos took a strong HEL Performance British Motostar win at Oulton Park, and now has a 25 point advantage in the championship standings.

But there was drama with a crash on the opening lap, which  resulted in the race being shortened to 11 laps. Booth-Amos started well and nabbed the holeshot, but RS Racing's Jake Archer, E15 Racing's Eugene McManus and GA Competition Racing's Taz Taylor were hot on his tail.

Booth-Amos was able to edge ahead and gained pace throughout  the 11-lapper to gain a lead of three seconds. The battle for second went between McManus and Taylor, with the Randalstown rider grabbing second, with Taylor completing the podium.
