Profile Racing’s Luke Stapleford set the pace in the Motorpoint British Supersport second free practice session at Oulton Park, and was two tenths off the lap record this afternoon.

Smiths Racing’s Jake Dixon was the fastest racer in FP1, but even though he went quicker than his time in the damp morning, he still couldn’t go faster than Stapleford, but still put down a solid 1’37.880.

Northern Irishman Andy Reid won the fight of the Team Traction Control bikes, and out-paced his team-mate, James Rispoli by sixth tenths of a second to go third fastest on the sheets. PacedayZ Trackday’s Kyle Ryde completed the top five.

Team Haribo Starmix’s Joe Collier was the leading Evo rider this afternoon and was ninth overall with a 1’39.659. Gearlink Kawasaki’s Luke Hedger rounded off the top ten, after a 1’39.706 rotation.
