Santander Consumer Finance have committed to sponsoring the 2016 KTM British Junior Cup, having enjoyed a successful partnership in 2015 with the exciting new circuit-based youth race series.

The novice-friendly Santander Consumer Finance KTM British Junior Cup provides a fully supported platform for riders, aged 13-18, to develop and demonstrate their talent within the MCE British Superbike Championship (BSB) on a cost-effective, level playing field. This year, many of the all-action 20 races from the eight rounds were either broadcast live on Eurosport or part of the comprehensive highlights package.

As it looks to increase awareness of its finance options, the renewed agreement will allow Santander Consumer Finance to capitalise on the momentum gathered throughout this year in the wake the huge exposure that comes with title sponsoring such a high-profile series held within BSB.

The series utilises the popular RC 390 road bike, all identically modified for racing with a host of KTM PowerParts and using the Metzeler M7 RR tyre for all racing conditions. As well as the possibility to become a British champion and a host of prizes up for grabs, another incentive for participants is the chance to earn a guaranteed place at the Red Bull MotoGP™ Rookies selection event.
