Silverstone MotoGP pit-walk tickets on sale now

Fans looking to get even closer to the action at this year’s British MotoGP are urged to book now for their chance to walk down the Silverstone pit lane and see up close some of the bikes and riders that will be fighting for glory in Britain's biggest motorcycle race.

The hour long pitwalk takes place at 17.15 on Saturday 25 August, once qualifying for Sunday's main event has been completed. Pit-walk tickets are strictly limited, so fans wishing to secure a place are urged to book now.

Pit-walk tickets cost £20 per person and can be added to the customer’s basket when booking online. Early bird customers who have already booked their tickets for the 2018 British MotoGP can still take advantage of this offer by calling the Silverstone contact centre on 0844 3750 740.

“The pit-walk is all part of our plan to help fans get closer to teams and riders It is always a popular attraction and likely to be sold out ahead of the event, ” said Silverstone MD, Stuart Pringle.

“Fans who buy a pit-walk ticket will be able to walk down the hallowed pit lane and get up close and personal with the priceless prototype Grand Prix motorcycles, the teams who prepare them, and maybe even catch an autograph or selfie with their bike racing idols.*

General admission tickets for the 2018 British MotoGP™ can be purchased at www.silverstone.co.uk. Prices start at £25, with kids under 10 going free.
