Scottish teenager Cameron Tenzing-Jenkins will make the switch from Aprilia Superteens to the RRV450GP championship in 2015 after signing a deal with JDF Racing.
Tenzing-Jenkins has campaigned in the junior Aprilia for the past two seasons and is looking for a new challenge on the more powerful V-twin machine.
JDF were approached by Tenzing-Jenkins’ father John at the end of the 2014 season and after a successful test at Cadwell Park in late October it was clear the 16-year-old took to the bigger bike with ease.
“I am looking forward to working with Cameron. The test we undertook at Cadwell ran very smoothly he carried out what he was briefed to do to the letter; always a good start I was impressed by his demeanour throughout the day,” said JDF boss John Davies.
