Stage ten of the 2020 Dakar has been cancelled after storm-force winds made it too dangerous for competitors to continue.
The stage was halted after 345km while Joan Barreda headed a Monster Honda clean sweep of the top positions and the field was taken to the bivouac in liaison. It is Barreda's first win on this year's event.
Ricky Brabec, who finished the day in second, now has a 25 minute lead over Pablo Quintanilla with Barreda in third.
