Dickies British Supersport front-runner Jack Kennedy has been forced to sit out today’s feature race with a cracked scaphoid.
The Integro Yamaha man was in the fight for top honours during yesterday’s sprint race when he crashed at Roberts chicane.
“Unfortunately I will not be racing today under medical advice, I have fractured my right scaphoid,” said Kennedy.
“I feel able to ride but I have to think of the big picture. Sorry to my team and sponsors we will aim to be back for Brands.”
While Seeley took the win and the championship lead, Kennedy had to watch from the sidelines and will now sit out under medical advice.
