Former MotoGP star Hector Barbera reckons he is looking forward to the technical nature of Cadwell Park as the Bennetts British Superbike circus descends for its annual visit this weekend.

The Quattro Kawasaki man has done some laps of the Lincolnshire track already and will also have a run out during testing on Thursday before the first free practice.

“I’ve done a couple of laps already and the track is very, very good - it’s fantastic. It’s different to anything I’ve ever experienced before but I think it will be possible to achieve some very fast laps because the track is very technical," said Barbera.

“I’m looking forward to learning and understanding the track during the test on Thursday and finding the best lines ahead of the weekend.”
