Britain’s Jake Dixon faces spending another Friday learning which way the track goes when he rolls down pitlane at the Misano MotoGP round for the first time.

Dixon hasn’t ridden at the Italian track before, so will have to use up track time in the first Moto2 free practice working out where it goes.

“We have another Grand Prix at a circuit I don’t know but I am going to work hard from the first minute on the bike, even though I will need the first session to get to know the track,” said Dixon.

“We have to keep searching for the ideal set-up for the bike, because we have struggled in this area in recent races.”
