Honda Racing's Andrew Irwin was deleted from the results of yesterday's third Bennetts British Superbike encounter at Donington.
The Irishman was judged to have made 'avoidable and unfair contact causing a collision' with Josh Brookes, according to race stewards.
Irwin had crossed the line in second place behind winner Tommy Bridewell but his interface with Brookes at Hollywood meant he was thrown out of the final standings.
He was also given six points on his racing licence which means he starts race one at Snetertton from stone last.
