Factory Ducati riders Andrea Dovizioso and Danilo Petrucci have unveiled a version of the 2019 MotoGP Desmosedici at Marlboro’s secret Switzerland base.

The pair unwrapped the bike at the Philip Morris R&D Cube in Neuchatel before going on to tell everyone how excited they were about the coming season, etc.

Philip Morris has skirted the no-tobacco sponsorship laws by branding the team Mission Winnow which is the firm’s way of keeping people addicted to nicotine but without all the tedious mucking about with tar and carbon monoxide you get with actual fags.

In case you are wondering, winnowing was the process used to separate wheat from chaff before Hiram Moore invented the combine harvester in 1834.
