HRC look set to debut a new aluminium swingarm made by Kalex at this week's Misano MotoGP test.

The unit, which is aluminium not carbon fibre, will be used by test rider Stefan Bradl at the Italian track as Pol Espargaro is moving back to KTM for 2023. It is not sure whether the returning Marc Marquez will use it.

The move is a huge departure for Honda's factory racing arm as everything is usually designed and manufactured in house, and is an indicator of how much trouble it is in.
