Team ILR will contest the opening rounds of the Dickies British Supersport Championship with experienced Japanese rider Tatsuya Yamaguchi.

Yamaguchi brings to the squad a wealth of experience ahead of his Dickies British Supersport Championship debut at Silverstone; with previous wildcard appearances in World Championship events including the World 250cc Championship, World Supersport and he is also a previous MFJ All Japan JSB1000 champion.

"I have wanted to compete some overseas races for long time, so I am very happy to make it happen this year. I have been talking to Ian Lougher for a few years, I know this championship is a high level, so it is a challenge, but I also want to learn," said Yamaguchi.
