JR Performance Racing has announced their line up for the 2020 Pirelli National Superstock 600 Championship campaign, with Ben Luxton returning with the team and joined by Dan Brooks and young gun Joe Talbot.

Luxton remains with the team following a successful season in the series in 2019, with a strong fifth place finish in the final standings. Dan Brooks will be looking to build on his points scoring finishes in his debut season with the pair joined by this year’s Thundersport GP3 Superteens champion Talbot.

“I’m really happy to be back with the JR Performance squad for a second year. We had an extremely happy season in 2019 despite a tumble at Brands Hatch which cost me a few points. I can’t be any happier with the team, who took me to three pole positions and my first win. I can’t wait to get going now, it’s going to be tough but I’m confident we can get the job done in 2020," said Luxton.

Brooks said: “I’m very thankful for this massive opportunity. After working with Joe and the whole team towards the end of 2019, I know we are capable to run inside the top ten. Also having Ben as a teammate with such great knowledge, I know he can help me get to where I want to be. 2020 is set to be awesome and I can’t wait to get going.”

Talbot added: “I’m a little bit lost for words really; I didn’t expect to be where I am now. After only having two years’ experience on tarmac and taking my first title, it feels great. After meeting Joe in Spain earlier on in the year I didn’t think he would be asking me to ride for his team and with Joe’s experience and knowledge, I feel I’m in a great place. Working with Ben and Dan can only help me gain experience and hopefully I can finish in the points. I can’t wait to get going in 2020.”
