Integro Yamaha man Jack Kennedy pipped Kyle Ryde to the top spot in this morning’s Dickies British Supersport qualifying as he went under his own lap record.
The Irishman clocked a 49.024, over 0.150s under his record time from 2018, to bag his seventh straight pole position - a run that began at Assen last season.
Kennedy controlled almost the entire session, while Kovara Projects’ Ryde beat his team-mate Brad Jones to second, but missed out on pole by just over a tenth of a second, as the latter rounds out the front row.
Nova Racing GP2 rider Jamie Perrin heads up row two ahead of home hero Rory Skinner on the Watermans Team MSR Kawasaki, while EHA Racing’s title contender Alastair Seeley will line up sixth.
