Jake Dixon is set for his final race of 2022 with his eyes still firmly on a maiden victory with his Inde GasGas Aspar squad.

The longest season in the history of the World Championship so far, will come to an end in Valencia this weekend after a long month of flyaway races. Dixon arrives to Circuit Ricardo Tormo with high expectations after two podium finishes in as many races.

Now sixth in the overall standings after another third-place finish in Malaysia, the Brit will hope to continue his fight at the front as he aims for a top five finish in the overall standings.

“I’m looking forward to going to my second home, Valencia,” Dixon said ahead of the finale. “I love it there.

“I can’t wait to get there and put on a good show for the team, for the sponsors and for all the fans.

“I will continue with what we have been doing so far to make a good end of the season and I will try to get on the podium, although getting the victory would be incredible!”
