Another Australian joins the WorldSBK paddock for 2023 as Motozoo Kawasaki signs Luke Power for the full Supersport season.

Fresh from a maiden season in MotoAmerica - which saw him complete the year fifth overall and with two Supersport podiums to his name - the 17-year-old will debut on the world stage with the Puccetti backed WorldSSP squad.

Having previously raced in ASBK, the opening round of 2023 will bring confidence to the new recruit as the series returns to Phillip Island in late February.

“I am really happy to be racing in the World Supersport Championship 2023 with Motozoo Racing by Puccetti,” Power confirmed from this year’s season finale in Australia. “I would like to thank the team for this great opportunity.

“It’s been a dream of mine since I first started riding. I am looking forward to getting over to Europe for testing and, with the help of the team, progressing throughout the year.

“It will be truly incredible to be racing for Kawasaki, one of my favourite manufacturers since I was a kid. It’s going to be a big step but one that I believe I am ready for. I’m so happy to have this chance and I thank Motozoo Racing, I hope that by the end of the year we will have achieved some great results. I can’t wait to get started.”
