FS-3 Kawasaki's Danny Buchan bagged his first Bennetts British Superbike podiums of 2020, taking a brace of third place finishes before ending the weekend with a fifth.

The Essex gangsta is still playing second fiddle to team-mate Lee Jackson in terms of championship positions - eighth to tenth with 25 points difference - but Buchan made some big setup changes to the ZX-10RR which made a significant difference.
 
“It felt good to be back on the podium but Saturday’s race was quite weird as I didn’t feel that comfortable at the beginning,” Buchan said.

“When the fuel load came down though, I began to relax and get into a good rhythm. There was a lot going on in the early stages so I was just telling myself to breathe and relax and the race came to me.”
 
“Sunday’s first race though was incredibly different and the pace was so much quicker. Jason was setting a great pace but we’d made a significant change to the bike which made it easier to ride and although I could hear Josh (Brookes) behind me, I was really happy to get on the box again.”
