Dynavolt Triumph has confirmed its first rider for the 2023 FIM Supersport World Championship as Harry Truelove joins the team.

The 26-year-old British rider steps up to the world stage after securing third overall in the British Supersport Championship in 2022 with ten podiums and a victory as part of the outgoing Appleyard Macadam squad.  

Lincolnshire-based Truelove made his WorldSSP debut earlier this year with a wildcard at Donington Park and joins Dynavolt for a full-time campaign as part of the Triumph team’s second season in the world championship.

“I am thrilled to be joining the Dynavolt Triumph team,” Truelove confirmed on the announcement. “Competing in the World Supersport Championship has always been my dream and I am excited to make this dream a reality with Triumph.

“I want to thank Simon for trusting in me and giving me this incredible opportunity and all of my family for always cheering me on and supporting me all the way. I’m looking forward to this new challenge as I channel my efforts to prepare for the season ahead.

“I have full faith in myself and the team that we can achieve some great results together over the coming season.”
