Former WorldSBK Champion James Toseland and ex-Moto3 rider Danny Webb will team up in 2020 for a shot at the WorldSSP title.

Toseland will manage the WRP Wepol-run team while Webb returns to world championship competition for the first time in four years.

I’m really excited for this new venture with WRP Wepol Racing - we’ve put together a great package along with a great team,” Webb told bikesportnews.com.

“Although I have been road racing for the last four years with some spells in the Endurance World Championship I have never been in a better position to return to word championship full time with the guys I have around me. I just can’t wait to get started.”
