Winning 'a routine' for WorldSBK king Rea – Redding

Works Ducati WorldSBK front-runner Scott Redding believes that Jonathan Rea is so hard to beat because winning has become a routine for the six-time champion.

But former MotoGP rider Redding also thinks that now he has the experience and data from all the tracks, he should be able to give Rea a much harder time in 2021.

“I didn't know some of the racetracks - I've never competed in the Superbike World Championship, and our motorcycle was still very new. In 2021 we should be much stronger, ”said Reding.

“Now we have the material and the knowledge of the racetracks. I don't have to learn anything anymore. And I don't have to find out how the three races work anymore.

"I am confident that I can fight to win. I have the experience of being with music. Every item on my list is ticked, I can concentrate on winning.

"We come to a racetrack and there is Kawasaki and Jonathan Rea, who have been competing there with the same package for years. So many years with the same package, the same tracks and always with the same rider who also always achieves the same result. It's routine for them."
