Eugene Laverty and the satellite BMW RC Squadra Corse team will not be in attendance at this weekend’s Assen WorldSBK round.

In a very ambiguous communique, BMW Motorsport say, “For internal reasons, the RC Squadra Corse team will not be attending the Assen round.”

Currently, no-one is available to shed any official light on the matter. Or any light at all, for that matter.
