Sam and Alex Lowes are (probably) the only twins to have raced in the upper echelons. They are world and British champions respectively and will take on Moto2 and WorldSBK for Gresini and Yamaha in 2019.
The two agreed to be the first to take part in our new series of interviews that have little to do with racing but might reveal more about the person behind the visor…

SL: Anchovies, horrible. Worse than petrol, which I’ve done by accident…

SL: The missus

Would you rather fight one horse-sized duck, or 100 duck-sized horses?
SL: Would have a quack at the horse-sized duck
AL: 100 duck-sized horses, I’m not good in water
When were you last naked outdoors?
SL: Few weeks back…
AL: Ermmmm….
What superpower would you most like to have and why?
SL: Fly, easier to travel and miss traffic
AL: Invisibility, so I could do some spying, get some goss and work for BSN if I was lucky
On a scale of one to ten, how hairy is your arse?
SL: 1.5. It’s just been the holidays
AL: 5. Not as bad as the wife’s. She is going to kill me…
