Althea Ducati World Superbike contender Carlos Checa has completed his first test on board the 1199 Panigale he will race in the championship next year.

The title holder put in good session on the unliveried machine alongside Troy Bayliss at the circuit which is playing host to the 2012 World Ducati Week.
