Pirelli National Superstock 600 star Josh Daley is wildcarding in the Triumph Triple Challenge this weekend, riding the factory’s media bike for www.bikesportnews.com.

Daley, who is on the provisional front row for his main class after qualifying second this afternoon, is jumping from the Kawasaki ZX-6R to the Triple but is enjoying both outings.

“I am pleased to be riding in the Triumph Challenge as it’s a good opportunity for me and there is absolutely no pressure aside from than just go out and enjoy myself,” said Daley, speaking to bikesportnews.com this afternoon.

“I was second quickest this morning and then qualified in 12th for the race tomorrow. I found it easy to jump from the Triumph to the Kawasaki but a bit harder the other way round but row four is fine for me.”

Daley is hoping for wet races as he suffers badly from arm-pump in dry conditions and is having both forearms operated on this Monday in an effort to help.
