British Superbike veteran Karl Harris is confident he will be fit for the Snetterton British Superbike round in a fortnight after pulling out of last weekend's Knockhill encounter.
The PR Kawasaki man erred on side of caution when he experienced pain and then numbness in his shoulder during Friday's opening free practice session, elected to sit out the rest of the weekend.
"I've been to see the specialist and he has just recommended rest with only light training for the time being. It's a strange thing that has never happened to me before but I'm pretty confident it will be fine by Snetterton. I've got some testing to do before then, so it will be right," said Harris, speaking to bikesportnews.com this morning.
