Aussie Johnson joins Harms at Motodex for BSB 2015

Aussie fan favourite David Johnson has signed to partner Robbin Harms in the Motodex Performance First squad to challenge for next year’s MCE British Superbike title on a brace of BMW S1000RRs.

The team made its return to the series this year for the final two rounds, ahead of a full season in 2015. With a truly international flavour - Harms hails from Denmark - the team will be chasing success having secured technical backup from Alpha Racing and settings advice from Hawk Racing.

“I’m mega excited to be back in the premier class and getting to grips with the MotoDex Performance First BMW! It’s a new team with experienced guys within the team with some trusted guys that I bring with me,” said Johnson.

“With Robbin as my team mate it will be great! He’s an experienced rider and we will push each other to get results. My last season in BSB Superbike was 2010 so I can’t wait to get started! It’s going to be awesome!”

Harms added: “I am really thrilled about how 2015 is turning out to be. Tony Dexter has worked hard to make it all happen and I am looking forward to working with him and his team. Now it’s all about killing time and wait for the opening rounds.”
