Badovini joins Grillini Kawasaki, Ramos stays at Go Eleven

Ayrton Badovini will make his return to the World Superbike Championship next season after signing a deal with the Grillini Kawaskai team while Roman Ramos will stay with the Go Eleven team.

Badovini has taken part in World Supersport races this season but is pleased to get back into the big class. A team-mate is yet to be finalised for the small Italian.

"I am happy about this new venture. After several years with Andrea we’ve created the right conditions in order to build something beautiful together. We put together a good foundation, and we have the same vision for the project. I am sure that we will surprise many,” said Badovini.

Ramos has scored consistently all year and outperformed some riders and teams he probably shouldn’t have, making Go Eleven the highest-scoring private Kawasaki outfit.

“I will continue next year with my team because I’m happy with everyone. I work well with the people in my team, my mechanics and the bike. I hope that we can have a better season than this season. The big problem for us was the lack of power in the engine, so it’s something for us to work on over the winter and also to find good settings for next year,” he said.
