Ireland’s Eugene Laverty will make his Panigale V4R debut at Jerez on Wednesday when the WorldSBK circus rolls into Spain.

Laverty will be in at the deep end as he will be straight up against not only the works Ducati team but also the rest of the WorldSBK field.

“I’ve been counting down the days until my first ride on the new V4 Ducati and finally the day has arrived. I’m excited to try the bike for the first time but also to begin working with Team Go Eleven at the track. My aim is to understand the potential of the bike and that will allow me to set a clear objective for the season ahead,” said Laverty.
