Sky Sports bosses are tight-lipped over rumours the channel could be in line to snatch the UK the TV rights for MotoGP in the near future.
Current holders BT Sport are in the process of re-negotiating their deal with Dorna but it is rumoured the Dirty Digger’s men have swung in with a bid to snaffle the series away from the telecomms giant from 2019.
“I’m afraid we don’t comment on rights we don’t currently have, so we are unable to help on this occasion,” said Sky’s Euan Fordyce.
